I know of a lot of people that just love cool free offers. And I’m one of them. Let’s face it, who wouldn’t like to get a free Verizon cell phones or a free gas coupon or a free phone card? Only a few can resist the pull of free stuff.
When it comes to cell phones it’s really astonishing the number and variety of free phone offers, and for every possible company in the US. Just walking around shopping malls you’ll be able to find a place offering free Sprint cell phones, in almost every brand out there. The choice is yours, you just need to walk a bit to find the one that suits you best.
A few days ago, I was shopping for some pants at a local mall and there they were: Two cellphone kiosks, set up on either side of the room, one offering free Tmobile phones and the other displaying free at&t cell phones. You couldn’t get past them without being thrown a zillion fliers and being shouted at in an attempt to sell you a phone.
I am not too sure about whether trying to sell (because nothing is really free at those phone kiosks) is actually effective. In my case, the last time I wanted to replace my old “brick” cellphone, I simply looked up ifreecellphones.com, and chose among the many free cellphones they have at their virtual store. It’s much simpler and a lot less noisy than walking through that mall alley. This website has hundreds of free cellphones just waiting for you to choose. Why would I bother going to a cellphone stand?
